Subscribers:
If you are a THETA Backup account subscriber/administrator, you are already registered in our Affiliate Program, where you will earn a 10% to 30% cash bonus on every referral.

Non-Subscribers:
If you are not a subscriber, simply register as an Affiliate and you are ready to start earning a 10 to 30% cash bonus with our Affiliate Program .

How it works

All THETA Backup Subscribers are automatically enrolled in the Affiliate Program.
Affiliate ONLY Partners must register separately.

Affiliates can easily refer customers to THETA Backup by entering email addresses on the "Refer a Friend" page. Affiliates will also find helpful web links and banners on their Partner Collateral page for automated THETA Backup web or e-mail promotion and account credit.

Bonuses are calculated and applied to the Affiliate's account for all subscription sales to a referred THETA Backup customer. The specific bonus earned is based on your Affiliate achievement level at the time of the sale. When an Affiliate has referred enough business during a single calendar year to achieve the next Affiliate level, they will automatically be upgraded and begin earning bonuses associated with that level.

Similar to the airline mileage programs, once you achieve an Affiliate level, you will remain at that level for the remainder of the calendar year – and you will maintain that level for the following calendar year. Each calendar year you will need to re-achieve Affiliate level status. Based on your qualifying referred business during any calendar year, your Affiliate status for the next year will be automatically adjusted to the level you achieved during the current calendar year. Only new sales (no renewal sales) will contribute to your Affiliate level achievement.

Example:

January through September of 2006, you refer $2,500 of qualified sales as a Bit level affiliate. You will earn the Bit level bonus rate (10%) on those referred sales. Since you have achieved the minimum sales volume for a Byte level Affiliate during a single calendar year, you will be automatically upgraded to a Byte level affiliate for the remainder of 2006 and all of 2007. For any additional referred sales during that period, you will earn the Byte level bonus rate. January through July of 2007, you refer $5,000 of qualified sales as a Byte level affiliate. You will earn the Byte level bonus rate (15%) on those referred sales. Since you have now achieved the minimum sales volume for a KiloByte level Affiliate during a single calendar year, you will be automatically upgraded to a KiloByte level affiliate for the remainder of 2007 and all of 2008. For any additional referred sales during that period, you will earn the KiloByte level bonus rate.

During the 2008 calendar year, you only refer $200 of qualified sales as a KiloByte Affiliate. You will earn your KiloByte level Affiliate bonus rate (20%) on those sales. However, since you did not re-achieve a Byte or KiloByte Affiliate status during 2008, your Affiliate status will be automatically reset to Bit for the 2008 calendar year.

All Affiliates start as 'THETA Bit' level Affiliates.

Recurring Revenue

If the Affiliate bonuses paid on newly referred business isn’t enough, THETA Backup also pays our Affiliates on subscription renewals! Affiliates share in the THETA Backup recurring revenue stream when their referred customers renew their THETA RBackup service. On each renewal, THETA Backup Affiliates earn ½ of their current Affiliate level bonus rate. For example, if you have currently achieved THETA Byte Affiliate status through new account sales, you will earn 15% bonuses on all new account business and 7.5% (½ of 15%) on all annual renewal business from your referred customers.

Bonuses

Affiliate bonuses are applied to your affiliate account. Once you achieve the minimum distribution amount in your account, a check will be mailed to your registered contact address. Qualifying checks are mailed monthly. Affiliate bonuses can always be transferred to your THETA Backup subscription account. Simply login to your account and execute a balance transfer.

While your account is active, you will always be able to maintain your account balance and be eligible for a distribution. If your account is closed and does not have the minimum balance for a distribution check, your bonus will be forfeited.

Getting Started

All THETA Backup Subscribers are automatically enrolled in the Affiliate Program. Anyone can register as a THETA Backup Affiliate by clicking the Register Now button below. Once registered, simply login to your account page and start referring your friends and associates to THETA Backup. Remember, verbal referrals and communications originated from you cannot be tracked by our system. The only way we will be able to track your referrals and credit your account is to use the "Refer a Friend" link or by utilizing the web links found on the Partner Collateral page of your account.
