Don’t let the setup procedure intimidate you, our Customer Service representative will remotely guide you through the download, registration and configuration of the software at a time that is most convenient for you.

You have a choice: you can start looking at the tools before you set up an appointment with our Customer Service to guide you through, or you can just Email our Customer Service representatives with a convenient hour for her to call you.

Step 3:

Pass it on! This system just makes sense, so we ask that you tell others. Step 3 will be the easiest step of all; you won’t want to keep this a secret! THETA Backup Solutions provides onsite assistance within our service areas (currently limited to Los Angeles County in California and Pinelas County in Florida). Contact us to have one of our specialists help you at your location.
